I want you to feel confident when purchasing from simeon.art. If something is not right, returns and exchanges are accepted under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
I accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Return window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition
- Return method: By post
- Return shipping: Customer responsibility
- Restocking fee: None
To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with any original packaging included where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect
